    Hi

Just managed to obtain the M.I.9 Form for my father, Royal Marine John Jardine. It states he was stone quarrying at Wildon December 1941 to April 1942.

Wildon is near to the town of Leibnitz, just South of Graz, Austria. No workcamp number or other info.

If anyone has heard of it or can provide any information, I would love to hear from you.

I can't wait!! My father was also at Work camp 565/L, a farm at Hausmannstatten, Austria - see photo attached. It is the Legat family who owned the farm and, through the power of the internet and social media, I've managed successfully to contact the little boy standing in this picture - Mr Erwin Legat, the current owner of the same farm/buildings.

He has agreed to meet so we travel next month.
