The photo shows landing craft washed up on the shore as well as multiple LSM’s. The shore looks filled with debris. A battle was most likely fought there. On the side of one LSM you can see the number 218. USS LSM-218 was a LSM 1-class landing ship medium in the United States Navy during World War II. During World War II, LSM 218 was assigned to the Asiatic-Pacific theater. She took part in operation Luzon from January 4th to 12th 1945. Manila bay Bicol operations from January 31st to February 28th 1945 and Consolidation and capture of the southern Philippines from March 10th to April 4th 1945. So the photo was taken during one of the above operations. I’m unsure which one. Photo is from my collection DBD2833C-7587-498B-B3B4-2A3E1CC87C98.jpeg
