Hello On 17 April 1941, Yugoslav destroyer ZAGREB was scuttled in Cattaro Harbour at the loss of two of her officers, Porucnik bojnog broda (LCDR) Milan Spasic and Porucnik bojnog broda (LCDR) Sergej Masera. Can anyone tell me if these men were Porucnik bojnog broda (LCDR) 1st grade or 2nd class? This is my first real foray into the Yugoslavian Navy. My 1939 Janes shows two grades for this rank.
