Souvenir de Mortemer 2015

Commemoration held on Sunday 6th September at the Abbaye De Mortemer to honour madame Huguette Verhague who so bravely helped allied service men by hiding them in the loft of her hen house. Respect was also paid to those who were executed by the enemy on August 24, 25 and 26th 1944 and to the deported that were transported from or through this region.
