    Stayed out in a guesthouse in the middle of nowhere last night and stumbled across a memorial to the Korean Marine Corps in Pyeongchang-gun.

    I had dinner in a rural restaurant near Haengjusanseong (the site of an old fortress) on a hill overlooking the Han River from the north bank:
