Has anybody read this? A book review would be great. I'd never heard of it.
    Explaining Hitler - Ron Rosenbaum
Debates concerning the historical and moral significance of Adolf Hitler have gone on since the beginning of his rise to power in Germany. In the decades after his bunker suicide, those debates elevated to arguments over the very nature and existence of evil. An integral part of the arguments has been the ongoing attempt to understand the why of Hitler. In this engaging work of literary journalism, Ron Rosenbaum travels the world to converse with some of the historians, philosophers, filmmakers, and others who have attempted to make sense of Hitler's actions, to find a root cause for the Holocaust.

Why explain Hitler?! Forget him! Damn, read about Mao Zedong which murdered 70 millions of its own citizens while was at power. Read Mao the Unknown story book. Damn, I think we must stop speculating Hitler, he is child when stand against Mao.

    ps: sorry, little offtopic.

Hitler was such a wack job - it was important for the allies to attempt to understand how such a fricktard works so they could predict his wacktard actions. Its still important because the world has no shortage of angry crazy wackos like Hitler ! and no shortage of societies down and out who are willing to listen to them and play into their fear mongering.
