    I am trying to track down details of the death of JOHN ASTON of 1st Airlanding light Regiment on 19th May 1944. Would anyone have any info? i assume he was at Boston at the time.

    From the Death record, I would say that Gnr Ashton died at Home

    Name: John Aston
    Death Registration Month/Year: 1944
    Age at death (estimated): 24
    Registration district: Wolverhampton
    Inferred County: Staffordshire
