HMS Petard Cap Tally

    Hi All,

    Can anyone tell me if HMS Petard would have had a cap tally with the ship's name on or during WW2 or would they have just had HMS on?

    I'm a bit of fan of the enigma story and would like to make a display up about it, I'd like it to be correct but I don't know what they wore.

    During WW2 it would be just HMS.
