I visited the Imperial War Museum yesterday and thought I would post a few photo's that may be of interest.

    Nick,

    Superb quality photographs.

I am sure that there will be several RA Forum members druelling over the immaculate 25 Pounder.

The FW 190 looks good too.:D

Thanks, there not bad for a little Fujifilm compact camera that I borrowed, I would have struggled to have got a similar quality with my DSLR.

Better give it back to my daughter now, I suppose.:(

Thanks for sharing, Nick. Is that an 88 in the background of the Spit pix?

Great photos Nick, shame you did'nt get the 5.5, me and dad used to love seeing it when we visited together. Think it brought it all back to him!
Now me and my son do the same.

A bit 'abbreviated' I know ie no mounting/loading gear but I also think the huge (16inch?) guns at the entrance look fantastic.

There are audio guides however I'm not sure what languages are available, it may be worth sending the museum an e-mail to enquire.
