G'day Tim, If you could get down to Sandakan you have the site of the infamous camp that was the start of the death marches where only six surrived from an estimated 2400 POW. Blood On Borneo by Jack Sue tells a fair bit about that area.Jack only died earlier this year. Have a great trip. Cheers Rob
