Chaps, Does anyone know if the Mk3 Turtle helmet come in two sizes? I'm inclined to think not, but I have heard from a couple of people that this may well have been the case. I have a WW2 dated version and it is enormous. Looks quite silly really, so if there was a smaller one it would make sense.
Looks quite silly really the look should be no criteria. most important things are tight fitting and the chin straps.
Oh it fits well and the chinstrap is fine too. I've had it for years and have no intention of getting rid, but the enormous size got me thinking. I'll post a picture when I get time.
I just got a MkIV and with a little creativity it will make a lovely stand-in for a MkIII for my reenactment kit.
