I note that the Army had a special form (AF W3121) for the submission of a recommendation for an award. Did the Navy have their own form ? The National Archive has an archive of Army award recommendations, filed 'medal-by-medal'. Can anyone point me to where the Naval awards and recommendations might be online? Thanks.
