There is a new book out about the SOE. It is called "The Grand Prix Saboteurs" and its has evidence that Violette Szabo and Noor Inayat Khan were not as heroic as previously believed. Take a look at www.morienval.com

I'd like to see the evidence as to why their heroism is being called into question.

I have a special place in my heart reserved for revisionists.

    Wikipedia defines Revisionism as follows:
Revisionism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In addition to the various aspects of Revisionism contained within Wikipedia's definition, I would dare to add the following.

Revisionist: One who would seek for personal profit by the use of falsehoods and innuendos that defame the characters of those who are no longer able to defend themselves.

    We have been here before.

Leaping back to Jan 2007, and my 'pre-admin' reply to this, I can remember being mildly irritated at the promotion masquerading as comment.

If anyone's written a WW2 related book, and wants to mention it on here to spread the word & discuss it openly; just do so... there's absolutely no need to sneak about.

    Cheers,
    Adam.
