A WALK to remember the people who died during The Blitz will takes place this weekend.
The Where The Bombs Fell tour follows a route around the major bomb sites in Leytonstone.
It will begin at St John the Baptist Church at 823 High Road and end at the Methodist Church, in Lister Road.
Reverend Raymond Draper, who organised the event, said: “The aim of the walk is to remember those who died or were injured in the bombing and rocket attacks in the parish and allow their stories to be told.
The walk costs £1. Those under the age of 18 will not be charged. All proceeds will go to the poppy appeal.
