HI Researching about the 73rd Anti-Tank regiment and found the following. War office letter 20/Arty/5792 (AG 6 (a)) dated 1/11/1940. This letter gives notice of the formation of the 73rd Anti-Tank regiment. I have searched National archive but find nothing. Does anyone have any ideas where it can be found?
"20/Arty/" as part of a former file reference can be found in WO 32. Sorting by Former File Reference the closest number below /5792 is /5213 and the next above is /6048. WO series at Kew listed as attached. Good hunting, John
