John Leyin with Dick Cass and Bill Darwin and unidentified Bill.....?

John Leyin, pictured top left. He was the gunner/loader in my father's Lee Grant in the Battle of The Admin Box and wrote the excellent book, "Tell Them Of Us. The Forgotten Army-Burma". I have tried to trace Dick Cass and Bill Darwin without success. It may be that they joined different regiments after RAC depot. Can anyone help?

      Have now established that the photo was taken in India before the 25th Dragoons moved up into Burma.Bill Darwin was in Lt. Norman Johnson's Troop in B Squadron. Lt. Johnson was awarded the MC, one of only two awarded to the 25th Dragoons. The other was to Capt.William Alexander Hay of A Squadron. John Leyin was in my father's tank turret, as was a Corporal "Simmo" Simmonds.
