    Hello,

    Does anyone know to which regiment the 2 jeep ambulance numbers belonged?

    CM4233497 and CM4233495?

    Sorry to say this, but I am doubtful you will be able to identify the unit in this way. I think you're more likely to get results based on date and location.

    Is there part of a name in the caption?

    The photo was taken in Basly. I know that the Régiment de la Chaudière liberated this village on June 6, 1944.

    According to PhotosNormandie p010904 CM4233497 belongs to 22 Canadian Field Ambulance.
