  1. Hello all,
Looking for help with family members who served in the Royal Artillery information with units and theaters etc.
Robert John McShane who later transferred to the 5th Battalion Seaforth Highlanders and was part of the local Anti Aircraft battery.
His brother Francis McShane who survived the war I'm not sure if he stayed with the RA but I know he served in North Africa as my father had told me.
Robert was KIA 29th March at Dinxperlo.
I know quite a bit about Robert's time with the Seaforth Highlanders but nothing with either uncles time in the Artillery.
My father mentioned something about Francis being a bat man in N Africa.

I have 2 Christmas cards with pictures of them in short sleeve order from the Royal Artillery possibly N Africa ? 20200611_191431.jpg

If anyone could point me in the right direction to find out what units and theaters they'd served in within the RA it would be greatly appreciated.
