    Picture 1 he’s wearing 1922 pattern service dress and an ORs SD cap with RCS badges

    Picture 2 looks to me Indian made coveralls and solar topees

    Picture 3 is an FS cap and he looks to me sitting on and working on a 2 gallon flimsy

    Picture 4 is clearly post war . A mixture of “ 37 “ pattern and “ economy “ pattern BD with collar and ties , post war medal bars and lightened BD linings at the collars

    Picture 5 is a Tam and what may be an officers SD cap .

    Picture 7 is 1922 pattern SD with an RCS private purchase dark blue coloured FS cap

    You're a genius. I don't know what some of these acronyms are. OR, FS, SD, KD. BD -Battle Dress? RCS- Royal Corps/Signals

    But the Indian-made comment reinforced some guesses that I had about other things. You've been beyong helpful. I don't know how to repay you
