I found a Medloc leaflet in my Father's papers.I didn't really know what it was but it seems that the Medloc trains moved troups to and from Europe. This leaflet shows the route and some notes about the towns on the way. My Dad was a signaller with the Royal Signals and was posted to Trieste in the Summer of 1945 and so I am assuming that this leaflet hails from the two years he spent there and presumably used the train more than once. I haven't been able to find anything similar to this doc on line.

It's a pleasure, I am pleased it was of interest. I can post photos of the remainder of the leaflet if anyone is interested.

Thanks for cleaning up my amateurish attempts to post the earlier photos.

Ok I gather it stood for Mediterranean Lines of Communication (from an iwm search result)

Although have also seen it called Mediterranean and that sounds more likely.
