This original photo shows two SS men standing next to a few women. I’m unsure of the relation between them all but I’m guessing the one on the left is the husband to the woman next to him. Photo from my collection.
Chap on right is an SS-Rottenführer. Both have black wound badges. Looks like larger badge could be the Infantry Assault badge. One on left had Iron Cross ribbon & what looks like the Eastern Front medal ribbon. I stand to be corrected.
