I'm building a model 'follow me' jeep, and it comes with a massive radio box that takes up the whole back of the jeep. However, I'm constructing this from photographs, and the one I'm copying doesnt have anything that big. It appears to have 2 boxes sitting above both the rear wheel arches. Now I know that there wasn't anything standard with follow me jeeps, as they were customised on the base, and each group's jeep would be different. The photo's arent that great quality, but can anyone ID the equipment in the jeep, or perhaps surmise what it could be. The side on view shows a black rectangular unit - probably the radio itself. Any ideas what sort of radio it might be from the size? The rear view of the jeep shows a large (probably green) box that sloped down at the front. Would this have been some kind of power box for the radio? I also noticed that it doesnt utilise the usual aerial mount on the side, but has a small aerial infront of the windscreen. I have done various searches on the internet, but struggling to find any useful information. Any ideas? Cheers, Chris
