In the introduction to Nigel West's 'MI6' published in 1985 it states:

"...SIS's secret history, which was written for internal consumption by a senior SIS officer, Neil Blair, is still considered too sensitive to be released. A number of individual reports, including that of the important Dutch Country Section, written by Colonel John Cordeaux RM. are also apparently regarded as too controversial to be circulted outside SIS headquarters."

Does anyone know if this is still the case? I am particularly interested in the Dutch report.
