Translation help please.

I was going through my late Father's effects and came across the attached piece of paper which intrigues me. The individuals P.O.W. numbers and camps are shown (in my Fathers case 605/Luft 6) but the rest is a mystery to me.

As it appears to be dated 22/1/45 and at this time he was being shuffled from place to place I feel that this has some bearing on it. He arrived for his second stint at Stalag Luft III on 23/1/45 and was evacuated from there 5 days later before liberation in May 1945.

So help please in a translation of the first line and of the signature line.

1st line "Offiziere Abgang bis 18:00Uhr, 22.1.45" = Officers departure until 18:00 hrs, 22.1.45

Signature line:its the name of the editor in form of signature . Can be "Rabenschang" or Rakuschang", followed by his rank of "Oberfeldwebel"=Sergeant 1st class or in the Luftwaffe also sometimes as Master Sergeant

With Egberts help and a little digging I have come up with this so far.

The list of names are prisoners that were moved from Fallingbostel to Sagan.

1st line "Offiziere Abgang bis 18:00Uhr, 22.1.45" = Officers departure until 18:00 hrs, 22.1.45

The second name I cannot make out, however looking in "Footprints On The Sands Of Time" I see that Peterson, Cooper and Leslie were all Canadians so from that I am assuming that the letter "C" preceding the name could mean Canadian. The numbers preceding the name I would imagine is related to their transportation. The numbers following the prisoners names are their P.O.W. numbers and that is followed by the camp they were in Luft 6 Fallingbostel.

The document is signed by "Rabenschang" or "Rakuschang", followed by his rank of "Oberfeldwebel" Sergeant 1st class in the Luftwaffe.

The German record 1 refers to his transfer from Dulag Luft to Stalag Luft 6 in Heydekrug.

Dulag Luft was where all newly captured prisoners were interrogated. This is where my father was told "You are to be shot"

On 10/10/43 he was moved to Stalag Luft 6 an N.C.O. camp, at that time in Heydekrug. In November 1943 he was sent to Stalag Luft 3 but in the same month was returned to Heydekrug. After he was shot down his commission came through and I think this is why he was moved to Stalag Luft 3. However in a letter to my mother he wrote that the Germans were not yet recognising his officer status and I presume they sent him back to "the other ranks."

He remained at Heydekrug until June 1944 before the camp was evacuated to Thorn Stalag 357. They remained there for 2 short months until they were on the move again this time to Fallingbostel Stalag 357 arriving in August 1944. My father remained at Fallingbostel until his commission was eventually recognised and he was moved back to Stalag Luft 3 January 23rd 1945 just in time to evacuate on January 28th and endure "The Death March"
