Air raid siren colours for sounding of sirens and all clear???

    Hi guys, just a quick question. I am going through the 949 Squadron record book and Appendices trying to work out the times the air raid sirens went off. Am I correct in thinking the air raid sirens sounded following a RED alert and the "All Clear" sounded when a WHITE alert was received. Or was the "All Clear" sounded after a PURPLE alert???
